Your Therapist

Lisa worked in the city within the banking industry for many years and understands only too well the pressures of modern life and the stresses it places on the body. Lots of people now suffer from adrenal exhaustion, where the adrenals are overworked by modern living this is known to effect sleep patterns, hormones and blood sugar fluctuations to name but a few.

Lisa herself, suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome, candida and had fertility problems so sought alternative advice. Through a process of diet and elimination she managed to lose two stone in weight and rid herself of candida, polycystic ovaries and have a baby. Seeing the huge benefits from dietary therapy she applied to the College of Naturopathic Medicine to study naturopathic nutritional therapy for which she is now qualified after three years of training. Lisa now specialises in weight loss and has great experience with coaching in this area and she can set meal plans as well.

She has been practising reflexology for many years and this combined with nutritional therapy is a two pronged attack to get the body back into balance and to achieve optimum health and vitality.
